Examples of these signs are cold clammy hands, excessive sweating, Additionally, people who are stressed and anxious tend to feel lightheaded and dizzy. Some more dramatic signs of stress and anxiety are mood swings, depression and melancholy even a loss in libido. If not dealt properly stress and anxiety can result to more serious medical conditions. Therefore it is of high importance that you control your stress and anxiety levels.
