Most of us have to deal with stress constantly, especially if we have a demanding job or we have to deal with other peoples lives. Other causes of stress can be personal relationships. If you have a fight or an argument with our partners or with our friends it causes some amount of stress. On top of that, if you are student school work like reports and thesis can also cause some degree of stress. Stress is found anywhere and most of the time we have to face it. However, stress isnt always alone because it always tags a friend along otherwise known as anxiety. For most people stress and anxiety comes hand in hand. Stress without anxiety is rather unusual because most of the time when someone is under stress he or she is also being anxious.

The telltale signs of stress and anxiety are really not that unusual. In fact, most of these signs are easy to spot. Examples of these signs are cold clammy hands, excessive sweating, Additionally, people who are stressed and anxious tend to feel lightheaded and dizzy. Some more dramatic signs of stress and anxiety are mood swings, depression and melancholy even a loss in libido. If not dealt properly stress and anxiety can result to more serious medical conditions. Therefore it is of high importance that you control your stress and anxiety levels.
